Family: Unknown, dead
Personal History: Dalis spent his life in a group home on a isolated island away from everyone.  He was told he was put there because he was different than regular kids and he had to learn to behave.  But Dalis did the opposite of what everyone told him.  We he turned nine he discovered he could start fires with his mind just by getting pissed off.  The people in the home would try and drug him to prevent him from doing it but in the end he ended up buring down the facility and getting away.  He had learned that he was the reason his parent were dead, but he was past the point of caring.The people in the home had taught him he was evil and evil things needed to be punished.  The facility had all sorts of ways to punish the evil children.  Torture, isolation, tying them up, beatings, burning them.  Anything you can think of it happened.. 

RP Receiving Your Acceptance Owl: Dalis had been avoiding these things that had been following him.  These owls had tried to give him a piece of paper, he just kept killing them.  One day a strange lady showed up where he had been saying and told him about a place he could go that would help him learn the magic he had inside of him and he thought it was cool some place that could help him possible rule the world he liked that idea.
