Personal History: Lani had never seen eye to eye with her parents and was a very rebellious child.  No one ever understood why she was placed in Ravenclaw because she seemed opposite to be there.  In the beginning she was the perfect child and was happy with everything until the twins were born and then everything became about them and Lani was pushed into the background.  She was glad when she went off to school so she didn't have to deal with it except on holidays.

She got lost in her own personal life and her brothers were all but forgot about until she heard what had become of them.  She had to admit it was not something she expected, but heck with the way she ran her life who was she to judge.  Of course by then her parents wanted her to take their side of the story and she told them you wanted nothing to do with me before now why should she bother.

Her brothers really had not said much to her at this point so she left them alone.  They didn't come to her asking for help when their parents kicked them out, so why should she care now.  She really did love her brothers, but a person would not know it, and she hadn't talked to them in years.

She had joined the Roses and as her initiation she was suppose to go out and murder someone and that was the easiest thing for her to do.  Her parents treated her like crap and then her brothers and she thought of no one worth more than them. She entered the Roses and changed her name and her looks a little.
